📋 Description

• Sell CORE client products to new and existing customers within the assigned territory • Develop and execute sales strategies • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Achieve sales targets • Make, obtain, and secure sales through product presentations and customer interaction on behalf of CORE clients • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio of at least 40 accounts, calling on them at least every trimester • Make at least 10 sales calls per week • Present at least 3 clients on each sales call • Use CRM for planning and reporting sales activity, target attainment, objective planning, and self-management • Use outside data sources to build selling stories around flavors, trends, and insights • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities at 2 to 3 times the goal • Maintain and update operator profiles, including buyer contacts, market segments, attributes, size, buying group affiliation, distribution channel, and competitive information • Prepare and secure sales tools such as samples, programs, and POS materials • Support company sales meetings, food shows, vendor fairs, and district sales meetings as requested by management • Collaborate with the FS West Corp department and Southern California Chain Team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building client relationships • Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required for client meetings and events • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide meaningful insights • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for sales • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs • Ability to work in the United States
