📋 Description

• Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting architecture across the business • Run a clean, compliant, audit-ready accounting function covering GAAP close, revenue recognition, consolidations, financial operations, and the first external audit • Partner with operating businesses on unit economics and performance • Oversee liquidity, financing relationships, the investment portfolio, and outsourced partner interfaces • Recommend and execute capital allocation and tax strategy with the President and CFO • Set the target state for the finance technology stack and data environment • Lead and develop a lean finance team through systems, automation, and standards • Report to the President and CFO

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ownership of FP&A and reporting architecture in a multi-entity environment • Experience producing plans and forecasts used by leadership to run the business • Led a finance function through GAAP close and external audit • Experience with revenue recognition, consolidations, and defensible controls frameworks • Hands-on finance partnership with operating businesses • Ability to sharpen unit economics and drive business-unit performance • Ability to oversee investments, liquidity, and partner relationships • Ability to turn analysis into capital allocation decisions for executive audiences • Track record of modernizing or building a finance technology stack • Experience using systems and automation to increase finance-function capability • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership • Direct management of finance leaders across multiple disciplines • Player-coach disposition • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred • Standard business hours with flexibility for close cycles, audit periods, and executive planning cadences • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
