📋 Description

• Build and own client-facing financial dashboards and interactive web-based financial models • Create scenario sliders, drill-down tables, and Excel export functionality for auditable finance tools • Build small, versioned AI automations, including workflows that reconcile billing spreadsheets into QuickBooks invoices with approval gates • Write database queries for reporting and connect them to live client accounting data • Work independently with tools and procedures provided by the VP of Technology • Investigate discrepancies, distinguish genuine variances from incomparable figures, and document resolutions • Teach accountants and operators to build their own tools • Meet virtually with client stakeholders to understand requirements and build solutions directly • Collaborate with accounting, finance, engineering, and operations experts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • 10+ years of combined experience across accounting or finance and software or systems development • Real depth in accounting, financial statements, month-end close, receivables and payables, reconciliation, and general ledger operations • Ability to write and maintain production code and database queries • Ability to investigate undocumented or incorrectly documented systems and build against their actual behavior • Experience building AI tools • Experience with at least one accounting system in depth, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Dynamics • Clear and concise written and verbal communication • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Dedicated workspace and reliable, secure, high-speed internet • Unwavering commitment to confidentiality • Based in the United States • Commitment to SPRCHRGR's Core Values • CPA or CMA preferred, not required • SQL proficiency preferred, not required
