📋 Description

• Act as a partner and report into the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development across all initiatives • Perform strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions, including pricing, new products, cost structure analysis, and expansion • Partner with organizational leaders to develop a vision for scaling efficiently, achieving profitability, and improving financial performance • Partner with key business stakeholders to support financially sound decisions, including new vendors and new products • Identify and manage ad hoc projects as needed • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop and scale pricing and help shape company strategy and the path to profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in banking, PE, VC, and/or startup operations, strategy, or strategic finance • Mastery of Excel and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools • Ability to develop and present complex issues through presentations, dashboards, and similar formats • Robust understanding of financial statements and experience building financial models from scratch • Basic understanding of accounting concepts • Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance • Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail • Passion for building and improving operational processes • Humble, scrappy, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments • Industry experience in SaaS or digital healthcare is a plus • Pricing and packaging experience is a plus • Ability to maintain US work authorization throughout employment without employer sponsorship, employer-provided training plans, or attestations
