📋 Description

• Travel globally to lead physical and technical setup of Actabl's Alice or Transcendent products • Navigate hotel properties from basements to rooftops to barcode equipment and map hotel infrastructure • Configure software solutions according to customer requirements and established best practices • Train diverse hotel staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and general managers, to drive user adoption • Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and technical assistance during implementation • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary • Manage implementation timelines, documentation, and deliverables while traveling • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to relay client needs and ensure smooth post-implementation handoff • Mix configuration work, remote training sessions, and travel-heavy in-person implementation weeks • Work with the Project Manager, who owns customer communication, scheduling, and relationship cadence outside active configuration and training work • Perform administrative and preparation work remotely when not traveling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field • 0–1 years of professional experience; relevant hospitality/hotel internships highly preferred • Demonstrated tech-savviness and ability to rapidly master new software, systems, and mobile apps • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to train users of all technical backgrounds and drive software adoption • Prior customer-facing training or facilitation experience required • Comfortable presenting to and adapting for varied live audiences • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Rocketlane is a plus • Prior SaaS configuration experience strongly preferred • Must reside within reasonable commuting distance (approximately 60–90 minutes) of a major international airport • Ability to configure software products to meet customer needs, including settings, workflows, and feature customization • Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues, system anomalies, and data discrepancies • Skills in managing, migrating, and validating customer data • Ability to master configuration and training across both primary and secondary products and their modules • Comfortable handling off-script questions, technical curveballs, and mixed-skill audiences • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills • Ability to work closely with the Project Manager • Willingness and ability to travel 85–95% nationwide and internationally • Physical mobility to navigate hotel basements, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other property areas • Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week • Must be able to work without employer visa sponsorship
