📋 Description

• Manage dealer data across lending platforms • Keep dealer records accurate and current in HubSpot, including platform status, active financing programs, contacts, and account ownership • Move dealer information between internal systems and lending partners on a set weekly schedule • Prepare, send, and track partner agreements through DocuSign and follow up on outstanding paperwork • Track each dealer's lender status and relay account credentials and merchant identifiers between partners • Identify and resolve duplicate records, mismatched email addresses, and missing contacts before activation delays • Schedule and conduct a scripted compliance read-through with each new dealer before activation • Submit required compliance documentation to the appropriate lending partner • Maintain an accurate list of dealers who still need to complete compliance steps • Send live dealers instructions about next steps and platform invitations • Book admin platform and sales team training sessions with the correct internal owner • Confirm training sessions occurred and log outcomes • Contact every dealer 30 days after activation • Determine whether dealers are transacting normally, need re-engagement, or should be escalated to a sales representative • Report follow-up findings clearly and factually

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional follow-through and ability to close loops independently • Strong organizational skills • Comfort working in spreadsheets and a CRM every day • Clear, professional written communication • Accuracy under volume and ability to identify duplicate or mismatched records • Comfortable speaking on the phone with business owners, working from a script • 2+ years in an operations, onboarding, account coordination, or administrative role • HubSpot experience helpful, but not required • DocuSign administration helpful, but not required • Background in lending, home improvement, or contractor-facing operations helpful, but not required • Sales experience not required • Lending or credit expertise not required • Training or curriculum development experience not required
