📋 Description

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new Revenue Cycle Management clients from post-contract execution through operational handoff • Develop and maintain client-specific implementation timelines, checklists, project trackers, milestones, dependencies, owners, and due dates • Coordinate implementation activities across RCM Operations, Coding, Billing, AR, Payment Posting, Credentialing, IT, Data Analytics, HR, Training, and Client Success • Collect required client information, documentation, system access, payer information, workflows, reports, and operational requirements • Coordinate system access, user setup, testing, training, workflow validation, and issue resolution • Serve as the primary implementation contact for designated clients • Facilitate recurring implementation meetings, agendas, action items, status updates, and follow-up • Coordinate go-live readiness, mock go-live, readiness assessments, and initial go-live issue resolution • Monitor coding, billing, payment posting, AR, charge entry, denials, reporting, and other RCM workflows during stabilization • Manage structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day post-go-live reviews and monitor performance against goals • Coordinate operational metrics and client feedback collection and review • Prepare comprehensive handoffs to Client Success and RCM Operations teams • Maintain implementation documentation, status reports, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, workflows, and open items • Identify process improvements and assist with templates, checklists, workflows, and implementation tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, healthcare operations, or a related field • Experience working with multiple RCM functions, including coding, billing, AR, denials, payment posting, and/or charge entry • Strong project coordination and organizational skills • Experience working directly with clients or healthcare practices • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint • Ability to learn and navigate healthcare information systems, EHR/PM systems, clearinghouses, and reporting platforms • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, project management, or related field (preferred) • Experience leading or coordinating RCM client implementations (preferred) • Experience with RCM transitions, acquisitions, staff transitions, or system implementations (preferred) • Experience developing workflows, SOPs, implementation checklists, and project plans (preferred) • Knowledge of healthcare claims, payer requirements, denials, and reimbursement processes (preferred)
