• Own the end-to-end strategy for product adoption across ActBlue’s platform • Set roadmap-level priorities for campaign and nonprofit discovery, onboarding, and success with ActBlue tools • Manage concurrent adoption and onboarding projects across teams • Plan multiple quarters ahead and direct product requirements, roadmaps, and release plans • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, support tickets, usage data, and market analysis • Translate research findings into actionable product decisions that drive adoption • Deliver product requirements, release plans, and long-term roadmaps aligned with ActBlue’s strategy • Lead discussions on organization-wide priorities, tradeoffs, and dependencies • Evaluate short- and long-term impacts of adoption and onboarding decisions • Create documentation for complex cross-team initiatives, including strategy briefs, requirements, and rollout plans • Communicate adoption metrics, onboarding insights, and growth strategy to engineering, design, support, leadership, and other stakeholders • Frame problems, ROI, constraints, and solutions for improving campaign and nonprofit success • Build relationships with engineering, design, support, data, and marketing teams • Drive research into adoption and onboarding performance using data analysis, competitive analysis, and user research
• 5–7 years of demonstrable experience in product management with a track record of driving user adoption or growth • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, activation, or growth for complex web applications • Strong strategic mindset and ability to drive long-term strategy while managing and prioritizing execution details • Experience with experimentation, including A/B tests, pilots, and phased rollouts • Ability to tailor communication for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering collaborate closely • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations • Attention to detail regarding customer experience design and usability • Experience making product decisions using data-driven measurements and user research • Competency using SQL, Looker, or other data-visualization tools is a plus • Desire to foster inclusivity and belonging • Interest in progressive politics • Availability during regular Monday–Friday business hours • Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack • ActBlue is unable to sponsor work visas at this time • Successful completion of a background check at the time of offer, with consent
