The platform provides continuous patch compliance and reporting (PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2, CIS, etc. ), MSP/MSSP-focused services, APIs and PowerShell automation, and real-time scalability for enterprise environments to reduce cyber risk and operational costs.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback. • Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority trade-offs visible. • Work with Product Management and the EVP to define priorities and translate customer needs into executive reporting capabilities. • Oversee the design, development, and operation of historical patch and vulnerability reporting, the Enterprise Reports Engine, dashboard services, data aggregation, reporting metrics, report generation, scheduling, and export workflows. • Guide technical decisions from solution design through development and production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions. • Establish definitions for metrics, reporting periods, data freshness, and missing data. • Coordinate with Product Value and core engineering teams on source data, reporting content, access controls, and shared infrastructure. • Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying reporting services. • Improve reporting accuracy, query performance, reliability, and observability as customer data volumes grow. • Apply AI technologies where they improve reporting development, validation, or interpretation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems. • Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving. • Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Experience building and operating AWS services in production. • Hands-on experience with reporting platforms, analytics services, or data-intensive applications. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, aggregation, and query performance. • Understanding of historical data, metric consistency, and data-quality validation. • Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities. • Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions. • Nice to have: Experience writing automated tests for data pipelines, reporting calculations, and report generation. • Nice to have: Experience with dashboard engines, scheduled reporting, and large data exports. • Nice to have: Experience with patch management or vulnerability reporting. • Nice to have: Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution. • Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance. • Nice to have: Experience building high-load products that support large numbers of endpoints.
