📋 Description

• Build and maintain the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial model • Own monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and board reporting materials and cadence • Partner with department leaders on budget ownership and spend accountability • Develop SaaS metrics tracking and analysis, including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and rule of 40 • Model scenarios for pricing, headcount, and go-to-market investment decisions • Support fundraising and diligence processes with data room materials and financial models under the CFO's direction • Ensure data integrity across finance systems in partnership with accounting • Work as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally with SaaS exposure • Proven track record building financial models and budgets in a high-growth environment • Strong command of SaaS metrics and unit economics • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets • Experience with FP&A tools such as Netsuite, Cube, or Adaptive Insights is a plus • Experience presenting to executive leadership and/or a board • Strong analytical mind, comfortable moving between detail and narrative • CPA is a strong advantage • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field • MSc/MBA is a plus
