📋 Description

• Execute financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the Tools & Outdoor business • Lead monthly and quarterly close, reporting, forecasting, and planning cycles • Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly financial deliverables, including business reviews, forecasts, budgets, management reporting, and board-level materials • Develop financial presentations for senior leadership and Board of Directors audiences • Provide strategic leadership to the FP&A function by setting priorities and developing team capabilities • Drive continuous improvement, streamlining, and automation of financial reporting and planning processes • Analyze regional business performance, trends, and KPIs to support decision-making and operational improvement • Deliver accurate financial narratives linked across functions and business priorities • Partner with Operations Finance on macroeconomic trends, business drivers, and projections • Build cross-functional relationships with Commercial FP&A, Brand FP&A, and Operations Finance teams • Liaise with Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations on data requests and enterprise-level reporting

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Accounting or Finance • 10 years of work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Finance / FP&A roles • Strong analytical skills • Proven problem-solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work across all functions • Ability to generate solutions and recommendations before issues are presented to management • Excellent computer skills • Experience with process improvements and optimization • Experience leading and developing a high-functioning team • Ability to convey complex messages simply • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of Hyperion EPM and HFM • AI Tools, Power BI and/or Alteryx experience a plus • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
