📋 Description

• Lead enterprise financial planning strategy, execution, and monitoring of financial performance • Work with executive management to influence, refine, and implement enterprise strategy • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes • Ensure the financial systems ecosystem provides reliable data, scalable capabilities, strong controls, and timely insights • Translate complex business needs into financial forecasts, executive-level dashboards, and technology solutions • Lead value-added business analysis and define and report financial and operational metrics • Oversee monthly reporting packages, including financial statements, KPI reporting, operational dashboards, business trend analysis, actual-versus-forecast variances, and executive explanations • Provide strategic oversight of annual budgeting and forecasting • Lead the Financial Systems function and align capabilities and investments with Finance and enterprise priorities • Strengthen controls and data integrity, reduce risk and manual effort, improve operating efficiency, and scale systems • Lead direct reports and prioritize strategic and departmental initiatives, including performance goals and targets • Foster continuous improvement, enhance capabilities, improve processes, and drive accountability • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related area of study • 15 years of work experience in finance • 10 years of leadership/people management experience • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Demonstrated acumen regarding the health plan and insurance industry • Proven executive and client communication experience • Demonstrated communication and financial presentation skills to all levels of management • Executive leadership expertise overseeing financial systems strategy, transformation, and implementation, including ERP, enterprise planning, reporting, and analytics platforms • Flexibility and ability to work within a fast-growth environment with changing priorities • Strong team-player and customer-service approach • Proven financial analysis and data analysis skills • Advanced skills in Access/Excel • Preferred: Master's in Business Administration (MBA) • Preferred: PBM experience • Preferred: Pharmacy, healthcare or insurance experience with exposure to a high-volume environment • Preferred: Oracle and financial system implementation experience • Ability to comply with security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with reasonable accommodations as applicable
