📋 Description

• Collaborate with expert and principal solutions engineers to uncover client technical and business requirements • Analyze client challenges and translate them into effective solutions • Capture and synthesize discovery notes, requirements, and client inputs into documentation • Produce first-draft materials for RFPs/RFIs, client presentations, and solution narratives • Build demos and proof points showcasing Acxiom's capabilities • Conduct client, competitive, and market research to inform solution design and positioning • Maintain organized, current solution documentation and deal artifacts • Apply AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and workflows • Develop expertise in Acxiom's data and identity offerings, including audiences, data products, identity resolution, and clean-room capabilities • Learn and support enterprise discovery, solution design, technical storytelling, and applied AI in solutions engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2+ years' experience in Martech, Adtech, or a data-focused role (e.g., data analyst, data engineer, sales engineer, or similar) • Foundational understanding of data concepts such as data pipelines, customer data platforms, identity resolution, or analytics • Comfort with AI tools and a demonstrated interest in applying them to everyday work • Understanding of pre-sales mechanics, deal strategy, pricing inputs, and the RFP/RFI process for new logo and up-sell opportunities • Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to assess feasibility, risk, and value • Clear communication and ability to explain complex concepts in simple, outcome-focused terms • Collaborative, transparent working style • Growth mindset and curiosity about data, mar-tech, AI, identity, and privacy trends • Ownership and accountability for work and results
