📋 Description

• Support program scope, schedule, and delivery requirements with minimal oversight • Impact long-term program goals and contribute to the product management practice • Serve as discipline lead with stakeholders and drive improvements in product management processes and practices • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Mentor and coach other product team members • Lead cross-functional efforts for delivery team members and team leads • Support program and delivery strategy as well as tactical assignments • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products aligned with customer missions and goals • Work with clients and product owners to shape product or program vision and strategy • Develop product briefs, roadmaps, and success metrics • Develop strategies focused on highest-value outcomes within program goals, needs, and constraints • Advocate for user needs and lean methods when setting priorities and managing tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree • 1+ years experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams • Must meet federal suitability requirements and pass a background investigation as a condition of employment • Demonstrated experience working in agile and SAFe delivery environments • Proven ability to manage and prioritize complex backlogs across multiple workstreams with competing priorities • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including federal agency partners • Experience decomposing complex problems into actionable stories, roadmap items, and delivery plans • Comfortable facilitating cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, QA, and program leadership • Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for agency stakeholders and executive audiences alike • Prior experience with federal agency digital services or government contracting environments • Familiarity with copyright, licensing, records management, or other regulatory/compliance-driven domains • Experience supporting SAFe PI planning, ART coordination, or multi-team program delivery • CSPO, CPM, CSM, or other relevant agile or product certifications • Experience working alongside UX research and accessibility teams in an integrated delivery model
