📋 Description

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RealPage's Conversational AI product suite. • Lead execution of the product strategy across ideation, development, launch, post-launch adoption, and iteration. • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer pain points, and innovation opportunities. • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success on product development, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement. • Engage customers to gather insights, validate product concepts, and drive adoption of new Conversational AI products and features. • Manage and mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts. • Stay current with AI advancements, particularly Conversational AI, and champion ethical and responsible AI use.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing product management teams. • Deep understanding of and passion for artificial intelligence, including AI governance principles and best practices. • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications. • Proven experience with AI-driven techniques and technologies. • Strong familiarity with Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methodologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model context protocols. • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Willingness to travel occasionally as required. • Experience in the multifamily PropTech space is a strong plus.
