📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives • Align product initiatives with company goals and market needs • Tailor the platform to government contracting needs, including RFP processes • Collaborate with the AI research team to identify and integrate AI technologies • Manage the product development lifecycle using agile methodologies and Jira • Engage customers, gather insights and feedback, and translate them into product enhancements • Prioritize product features and roadmap items based on impact • Align resources to deliver high-value updates promptly • Foster collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams • Ensure successful product rollouts and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as a Product Manager in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization • Experience ideally within the government contracting space • Strong familiarity with government contracting processes, especially RFPs • Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira • Demonstrated ability to work with AI technologies and collaborate with technical teams • Experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup environment • Knowledge of current AI and machine learning trends • U.S. citizenship • Ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification • Background check, including possible credit history, criminal records, and employment verification review • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
