📋 Description

• Support marketing and commercialization efforts across the neurovascular portfolio • Understand competitors, customer groups, marketing channels, competitive dynamics, and customer value • Track and report results and KPIs to leadership and sales • Maintain customer engagement and understand customer needs • Develop strategic plans, annual marketing plans, product launch plans, Project Charters, CERs, and business case financial models • Propose objectives for clinical evidence and evaluate studies • Synthesize market trends and recommend strategic focus areas • Develop strategies, sales tools, and communication plans • Apply clinical and technical knowledge to educate customers and articulate product value • Partner with sales training and sales enablement on training strategy • Manage the product obsolescence plan and provide analytical support for pricing • Establish product management improvement goals and action plans • Analyze customer satisfaction and incorporate trends into strategic planning • Provide marketing intelligence objectives and inputs to drive customer insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 4+ years of work experience required • MBA preferred • 2+ years medical device experience preferred • 2+ years of marketing experience preferred • Neurovascular experience preferred • Excellent presentation skills preferred • Ability to travel 30%
