📋 Description

• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing high-impact product opportunities • Build tools that help Marketing Managers and AI Agents capture, synthesize, and act on restaurant context • Reduce human dependency and compress time-to-live through product-led onboarding improvements • Own activation metrics including time-to-first-campaign, feature adoption rates, and early retention signals • Identify drivers of sustained usage, instrument the funnel, and partner with internal teams to experiment • Work with AI agents, LLMs, and structured knowledge stores • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, onboarding, and multiple product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management, ideally with experience in a growth environment • Comfort with ambiguity • Strong cross-functional instincts across engineering, design, operations, onboarding, and product teams • Interest in AI/agentic products • Bias to ship and learn from live products • US work location eligibility: remote in the US, or hybrid in Boston or New York • EST preferred
