📋 Description

• Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team • Define user stories and prioritize the product backlog • Serve as product owner for CenterWell Pharmacy capabilities • Translate business needs into prioritized backlogs • Deliver digital and operational solutions improving patient access, refill adherence, fulfillment experience, and pharmacy performance • Own and prioritize the product backlog • Define user stories and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering, pharmacy operations, and business teams • Monitor outcomes and optimize based on member feedback and data • Potentially manage direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience • Experience in pharmacy, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or Medicare • Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid home/office employees • Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
