📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Workday Extend applications, including vision, roadmap, requirements, delivery, and iteration • Lead Extend workstreams across client engagements, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment • Drive Marketplace product strategy by identifying reusable patterns, packaging them as productized Bring-on-Workday offerings, and owning go-to-market planning • Partner with Extend Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions on the Extend platform • Own tenant architecture decisions with technical leads • Manage cross-functional delivery across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Integration workstreams • Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and define acceptance criteria • Build and maintain product backlogs and prioritize features based on client impact and reuse potential • Support pre-sales efforts through estimations, proposals, and solution demos • Champion adoption of AI and agentic workflow capabilities within Extend solutions • Evangelize Huron's Extend capabilities internally and with the Workday partner community

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or consulting • 3+ years working within the Workday ecosystem • Active Workday Pro certification in at least one domain • Deep understanding of the Workday Extend platform, including custom business objects, pages, and orchestrations • Experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs • Cross-module breadth spanning at least two of HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Supply Chain • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes • Working understanding of Workday's AI agent framework, including Developer Agent, Agent-Ready Tools, and Agent Actions, expected within the first year • Ability to evaluate where agentic automation fits within Extend solution design, expected within the first year • Awareness of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its role in developer tooling, expected within the first year • Familiarity with Workday Data Cloud / LDQ concepts and their impact on product architecture, expected within the first year
