📋 Description

• Lead project teams and direct coworker and client teams in solution design and development • Create business cases, financial justification, and solution benefit deliverables • Provide oversight of technical solutions across multiple projects to ensure alignment • Address or escalate budget issues identified during projects • Perform quality assurance for SOW requests and peer review deliverables for technical accuracy • Maintain client relationships as a trusted technical advisor and communication focal point • Support account teams in developing proposals, quotations, and presentations • Develop Digital Velocity services across multiple technology solutions • Analyze client requirements and contribute to solution and product design and implementation • Lead complex engagements and drive outcomes across multiple geographies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required and 7+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including 3+ years supporting enterprise cross-brand projects OR 11+ years of work experience required • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines • Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage and escalate technical issues to appropriate vendor support teams • Experience maintaining client relationships and serving as a communication liaison • Ability to lead technical review of deliverables from engineering and consulting teams • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills • Ability to research complex technology solutions, evaluate alternatives, and make recommendations • Ability to adapt to change, ambiguity, and risk while solving complex problems • Demonstrated ability to apply lessons learned and reskill on new technologies • Ability and willingness to travel as needed • Readiness to explore, adapt, and grow with evolving technology and AI tools
