📋 Description

• Lead an assigned portfolio of strategic initiatives within Operations Transformation & Insights • Turn approved initiatives into adopted practices across every region on schedule and with expected benefits confirmed • Develop and execute initiative roadmaps aligned with L1 priorities and corporate goals • Identify automation and digital self-service opportunities with Business Process Owners • Define success measures and targets with Insights and track progress • Build business cases for CAPEX, project resources, and expenses, and confirm realized benefits • Lead initiatives from approval through regional adoption • Manage portfolio priorities, sequencing, milestones, and risks, and report progress and risks to the L1 • Contribute to current-state analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities • Hold business partners and vendors accountable for effective solutions • Oversee change management, rollout sequencing, training, and regional readiness • Build stakeholder relationships and lead training for Operations leaders and end users • Manage vendor and platform partner relationships • Partner with IT and technology teams on enhancements, defects, releases, and digital transformation • Collaborate with quality and compliance teams on regulatory and industry-standard requirements, including patient communication and consent • Lead root cause analysis for defects and performance issues and escalate recurring enterprise-level patterns • Lead, coach, and develop assigned team members; manage performance and build a talent pipeline • Mentor team members and leaders in initiative delivery and change adoption • Collaborate with OT&I leaders, Operations peers, and senior leaders across finance, IT, supply chain, HR, and customer service • Coordinate with finance on budgeting and financial goals • Promote the organization’s mission, vision, and values • Maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program • Complete assigned compliance training and other educational programs • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in strategic initiatives, digital transformation, or operations management • Strong financial acumen, including P&L levers and business case development using ROIC, IRR, and NPV • Experience implementing corporate strategic initiatives through strong project management and governance • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making • Experience delivering digital, automation, and/or AI-enabled solutions from design through adoption • Working understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles; in-depth expertise preferred • Proficiency in performance tracking and project management • Experience managing vendors and technology partners • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and engage cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience building high-performing teams and leading, coaching, and mentoring employees • Ability to manage organizational change and drive cultural change • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and think critically • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and function within HIPAA guidelines • Ability to complete required compliance training and educational programs • Ability to maintain compliance with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program
