📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate new programs moving offshore • Guide domestic and offshore teams through production and quality ramp-up • Coordinate training, training materials, productivity expectations, and quality reviews • Train domestic teams to manage offshore programs effectively • Create and maintain SharePoint content, communications, newsletters, videos, business process documents, and training materials • Develop engagement, recognition, and retention processes for global team members • Facilitate reward recognition tasks • Maintain communication and collaboration with Remote Labor Operations and other divisions • Collaborate with the Performance Director and Reporting Manager on productivity and quality reporting changes • Support company goals through cross-departmental initiatives and cooperation • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines • Manage onboarding, performance feedback, goals, evaluations, coaching, and employee development • Establish annual departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy • Perform other related duties and work outside normal business hours as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited college required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Three years of experience in a related position, preferably in the DME industry • Relevant healthcare administrative, financial, insurance customer service, claims, billing, home health, and/or medical terminology experience preferred • Experience working with an offshore business model • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence • Strong leadership, diplomatic, motivational, problem-solving, teamwork, innovation, and analytical abilities • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers • Ability to adapt to change and competing demands • Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Wrike PM Solution, and SharePoint preferred • Experience presenting to stakeholders and/or senior leadership • Ability to comprehend new concepts, execute and document ideas with minimal direction • Practical hands-on technical and business process experience • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA • Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed • Ability to use a personal computer and office equipment • Ability to analyze data and conduct research • Ability to communicate empathetically, compassionately, courteously, and respectfully • Must be able to drive and travel as needed • Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
