📋 Description

• Own the Identity roadmap and IdP platform • Build and maintain a prioritized 12-month Identity roadmap across IdP integrations, sign-in, MFA, and device trust • Own integrations with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and other identity providers • Manage SCIM provisioning, group sync, and joiner, mover, leaver lifecycle workflows • Create a documented process for adding and certifying new IdP integrations • Own Platform SSO, Managed Apple Accounts, account-driven enrollment, and Apple Business Manager federation • Provide day-one support for each macOS and iOS release • Deliver SSO, MFA, phishing-resistant factors including passkeys, FIDO2, and Touch ID, plus recovery paths • Own device trust, multi-tenant Identity for MSPs, admin roles and permissions, and Identity for AI agents through the MCP gateway • Own positioning, tier placement, pricing input, launches, and Sales and Customer Success enablement • Run the product-led growth motion for Identity, including in-product opt-in, guided setup, activation metrics, and trial-to-paid conversion • Manage IdP partner relationships, including roadmap alignment, certification, co-marketing, and escalations • Ship a sequenced Identity roadmap with measurable adoption goals • Bring major IdP integrations to production reliability • Track and report activation, attach rate, and trial-to-paid conversion against targets • Establish evidence-backed PRDs, cross-functional launch checklists, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience • 3+ years owning an Identity, access, or authentication product area • Apple Identity shipped in production: at least one of Platform SSO, Managed Apple Accounts, Apple Business Manager federation, or the MDM protocol • Working knowledge of Apple MDM and declarative device management • Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and FIDO2/WebAuthn • Knowledge of how Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud implement these protocols • Experience shipping SSO, MFA, passwordless, or device-trust capabilities • Ability to describe production failure modes customers encounter • Experience taking products to market with Sales and Marketing • Experience owning packaging and pricing input • Experience running a product-led growth motion with activation and conversion results • Daily use of AI for research synthesis, data analysis, PRD drafting, and prototyping, with a demonstrable method and result • Ability to write PRDs Engineering can build from without a meeting • Discovery practices that produce evidence rather than anecdotes • Preferred: experience at an IdP, device-trust vendor, or MDM vendor • Preferred: experience with MSP multi-tenant products and partner-delegated administration • Preferred: prior background as an IT admin, Identity engineer, or solutions engineer • Preferred: familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks • Preferred: experience shipping an integration marketplace or partner certification program • Ability to work with IT and security buyers and speak with customers and partners weekly
