📋 Description

• Lead creation of expert-level concepts for future enterprise document workflows using generative AI • Develop and drive long-term design strategies aligned with user needs and business objectives • Visualize ideas through sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes • Research and develop techniques using Cursor, Replit, and Claude Code • Use customer feedback, research, and data to uncover insights and inform decisions • Create inclusive, accessible, and respectful experiences • Facilitate design sprints and collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and creators • Present concepts and communication strategies to senior executives and partners • Mentor designers and foster an inclusive environment • Co-define roadmaps and go-to-market strategy with Document Cloud PMs and PMMs • Translate Adobe's AI strategy into document experiences for enterprise personas in legal, finance, HR, and operations • Submit a resume and portfolio demonstrating enterprise customer connection, systems thinking, cross-department networks, AI-tool engagement, empathetic leadership, and large-scale UI craft

🎯 Requirements

• Proven background developing solutions for enterprise software products • Related degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience in product development • Demonstrated UX and visual build excellence in creating, evangelizing, and shipping strategic initiatives • Ability to build at the ecosystem level • Customer-centric build process • Curiosity about AI-powered tools for building and development • Experience partnering closely with product management, engineering, and research • Confidence presenting at all organizational levels, including the C-suite • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools • Experience with generative AI-first experiences, LLM-based features, copilots, or agentic flows • Experience developing enterprise user acquisition, onboarding, or adoption solutions • Experience with creative agencies or enterprise teams using lean startup methodologies • Experience uniting disparate experiences into a cohesive user journey • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces • Familiarity with WCAG standards and accessibility compliance testing • Resume and portfolio required
