📋 Description

• Lead and execute end-to-end UX design across conceptual models, information architecture, and interaction design • Define how users navigate, interact with, and mentally model the product • Translate Product and UX vision into coherent, buildable designs • Resolve ambiguity, surface gaps, and anticipate Technology’s questions • Establish design patterns and interaction guidelines for consistent UX and UI • Serve as the organization’s design conscience and UX design decision-maker for development readiness • Develop and maintain an ongoing understanding of AgencyBloc customers • Partner with the UX Strategist & Researcher on customer engagement, interviews, and usability insights • Build low- to high-fidelity prototypes to test understanding and interaction • Incorporate customer feedback continuously throughout design • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Technology, and cross-functional partners during discovery, planning, and development • Participate in product discovery and definition, shaping both problems and solutions • Inform shared components and front-end design standards • Communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences • Validate that shipped experiences match the intended design

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in UX or product design in a SaaS or technology-driven environment • Strong portfolio demonstrating depth across conceptual design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design • Excellent working knowledge of user experience design principles and modern product development practices • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tooling • Experience contributing to or owning a design system • Comfort working with engineers on front-end design standards and component decisions • Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments • Excellent communication skills for explaining design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences • Genuine curiosity about how users think and work • Strong command of mental models, conceptual design, information architecture, and interaction design • Experience designing AI-enabled product experiences • Ability to think at both component and product levels • Ability to collaborate with Product, UX, Technology, architects, engineers, and Client Experience • Understanding of front-end implementation, component design, feasibility, and design system maintenance • Intentional use of AI tools for concept generation, prototype iteration, and design exploration • Comfort with ambiguity, change, and a fast-moving remote environment • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
