📋 Description

• Build production-ready backend services and APIs for fast response times, high availability, and scalability • Deliver simple, lightning-fast user experiences for non-technical SMB owners • Partner with design engineers to turn high-fidelity concepts and rapid prototypes into production software • Establish patterns, shared libraries, and development tools to improve engineering quality and velocity • Own features and systems across system design, API development, integration, deployment, and performance monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in modern full-stack or backend engineering • Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, microservices, and cloud infrastructure • Hands-on experience or genuine passion for LLMs, prompt orchestration, agentic frameworks, and AI workflows • Adoption of modern AI coding assistants for coding, testing, and debugging • Strong architectural judgment and production-quality coding skills • Product-minded engineering focused on user value • Experience owning features and systems end-to-end, including system design, API development, integration, deployment, and performance monitoring
