📋 Description

• Serve as a creative problem-solving partner for the Go to Market Team • Solve business challenges for large enterprises and global brands • Consult on opportunities requiring deep experience and creativity • Simplify complex concepts and demonstrate quantifiable value in proposed solutions • Act as a credible, trusted advisor to customers and teammates • Transform customer business pain into presentations and proofs of value • Clearly articulate the context and value of Adobe products in customers’ daily workflows • Guide and deliver creative solutions for dynamic brands • Lead and mentor Solutions teammates • Maintain industry knowledge, customer empathy, and implementation excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Custom Models, Express, Firefly, and Frame.io • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong listening skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels • Strong attention to detail • Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas verbally and in writing • Ability to balance multiple work streams and multitask • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Curious self-starter able to work with minimal mentorship • Passion for developing talent • Eight years of professional experience in a customer-facing creative operations, production, post-production, digital marketing, or Solutions Consulting role • First-hand experience generating content using Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Dall-E, OpenAI Sora, Gemini Nano Banana, or similar • Experience architecting API-based workflows across enterprise technology stacks • Project management skills delivering solutions on time • Experience with creative production technology systems, including MAM, DAM, and NLEs • Experience scripting or coding in Python or JavaScript is a plus • Concepts of authentication and authorization through Active Directory, Okta, or other enterprise directory services • Fundamental understanding of cloud architecture; AWS or Azure architecture is a plus • Familiarity with Adobe XD, Figma, PowerPoint, Miro, and/or Keynote • Background in creative • Self-managed, adaptable, and dedicated to customer support • Strong verbal, writing, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills • Experience with Workfront, Dynamics 365, and/or Airtable is a plus • Experience using Adobe Workfront Fusion and/or Microsoft Power Automate • Some travel may be required
