📋 Description

• Lead virtual Connection Calls and telehealth intake assessments with adolescents ages 13–17 and their families • Screen for mental health and safety needs • Determine whether Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) care is appropriate • Complete CALOCUS level-of-care screenings, crisis assessments, and suicide risk assessments • Recognize when crisis intervention, escalation, or a higher level of care is needed • Document clinical findings • Coordinate admissions with Admissions and treatment teams

🎯 Requirements

• Active Florida license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Florida Registered Intern status (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI) • Fluent English and Spanish • Experience as a counselor, therapist, or clinician working with adolescents in PHP, IOP, or other behavioral health settings • Skills in crisis assessment, risk assessment, and de-escalation • Private home office with reliable internet for HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions • Evening availability Monday–Friday, 5–8 PM Eastern • Ability to conduct telehealth intake assessments with adolescents ages 13–17 and their families
