⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and develop trusted relationships. ⢠Build and maintain relationships with federal stakeholders, including COs, CORs, program managers, and agency leadership. ⢠Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, agency-specific travel policies, FAR, and other applicable guidelines. ⢠Monitor and analyze client data to identify cost-saving opportunities and present data-driven strategic recommendations. ⢠Conduct client meetings and business reviews, including performance reporting aligned to contractual KPIs and SLAs. ⢠Address client needs, concerns, and escalations promptly. ⢠Develop and implement account strategies supporting contract compliance, program performance, and client satisfaction. ⢠Propose program improvements based on client feedback and data analysis. ⢠Advise on travel program optimization within client, regulatory, and cost-containment constraints. ⢠Stay current with federal travel regulations and industry trends. ⢠Educate clients on new solutions and services within contract terms. ⢠Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions. ⢠Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and contractual risks. ⢠Monitor and report contractual goals, SLA performance, KPI tracking, and service delivery metrics. ⢠Support contract lifecycle activities, including implementations, renewals, option years, and modifications. ⢠Lead and support new account implementations and program updates. ⢠Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audits and compliance reviews. ⢠Produce reports for internal and external stakeholders. ⢠Update CRM with client information and pertinent data. ⢠Assist with technical and service issues, create Jira tickets, and follow up on resolutions. ⢠Attend client and company meetings, event seminars, and training as needed. ⢠Demonstrate ADTRAV products, systems, and processes and communicate their value. ⢠Represent ADTRAV and maintain effective relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients. ⢠Adhere to company policies and procedures and perform other assigned duties.
⢠Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. ⢠Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B account management with procurement stakeholders and contract negotiation. ⢠Experience supporting federal government clients is a plus. ⢠Understanding of federal contracting principles and compliance requirements is preferred. ⢠Proven data analysis skills and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend travel program strategies. ⢠Ability to manage tasks and projects and meet deadlines and deliverables. ⢠Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. ⢠Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. ⢠Demonstrated presentation and people skills. ⢠Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. ⢠Travel-industry experience and understanding of related technologies is a plus. ⢠Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications. ⢠Professional and positive demeanor and ability to work cooperatively. ⢠Ability to work remotely and meet company home-office requirements. ⢠Ability to travel up to 20% for client and company meetings. ⢠Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information. ⢠Ability to pass credit, criminal, and/or employment reference background checks. ⢠U.S. citizenship required; proof must be provided upon hire. ⢠Ability to pass a government clearance process as required by clients.
