📋 Description

• Lead operational oversight of the entire advertising execution process across Meta, Google, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, and Microsoft • Troubleshoot delivery issues across advertising platforms, diagnosing root causes such as creative rejections and API failures • Investigate issues caused by publisher changes, policy updates, and ecosystem shifts • Collaborate with the Product team on tooling, automations, and workflows for production and operations • Partner with Customer Success and Support to triage incidents, explain impact, communicate resolution timelines, and maintain customer communication • Manage offshore operations teams across time zones • Support Adtucon's performance-based advertising and customer acquisition activities powered by AI

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in managing digital platform operations • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their application to digital marketing, workflow automation, content generation, and data analysis • Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager for campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis • Experience managing Meta Business Manager, advertising accounts, Pages, Pixels, Catalogs, assets, user permissions, and account access management • Knowledge of performance monitoring and management tools such as Google Analytics, Dynatrace, and Splunk • Basic technical skills including API management, cloud computing, and CRM systems • Problem-solving skills and incident management expertise • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams • Focus on continuous improvement and technological innovation • Possession of an active VAT number • English proficiency level required
