• Support the U.S. Small Business Administration Unified Lending Platform (ULP) program • Conduct organizational studies and evaluate business operations and processes • Analyze workflows, current-state and future-state processes, and operational gaps • Assist management in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Collect and analyze information from SBA stakeholders, program managers, business users, subject matter experts, technical teams, quality assurance, and operations personnel • Gather and document business and functional requirements • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, operations manuals, user guides, training materials, and other program documentation • Support evaluation and implementation of ULP system and process changes • Prepare reports, presentations, and management products for program decision-making • Track action items and requirements • Participate in meetings, working groups, requirements sessions, process reviews, training, and operational activities • Coordinate information between SBA business stakeholders and ULP technical teams • Analyze operational issues and develop practical process-improvement recommendations • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or comparable experience • 1-year relative work experience • NACI clearance level • Ability to work with customers, clients, and employees • Ability to respond to questions in meetings, group settings, and in writing • Ability to relay technical information in an understandable format to varied technical comprehension levels • Intensive analytical skills necessary to comprehend real time issues • Comprehension of networking/distributed computing environment concepts • Good technical skills with a thorough understanding of data communications and data center technology • Strong attention to detail • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to communicate security policies, standards, regulatory compliance issues, and remediation recommendations in writing and verbally • Advanced problem-solving skills involving collection, interpretation, and analysis of data from diverse sources • Must maintain reliable high-speed internet connectivity and dependable electrical power • Must maintain a secure, distraction-free, dedicated home office • Must comply with telework, information security, SBA security, privacy, data protection, Clear Desk/Clear Screen, VPN, contractual, and government security requirements • Must obtain supervisory approval before changing the approved remote work location • Must be physically capable of performing essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
