📋 Description

• Configure and support clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record software for Acute Care member clinics • Consult with members and internal staff to provide accurate, secure, and efficient workflow solutions • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments on project implementations and member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation for process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Develop competency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Perform other duties as assigned • Support Go-Live installations or training through potential travel

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst • Ideally a minimum of 1 year of experience in Beaker • Epic Beaker CP certification or proficiency is required • Epic Certification in Order Transmittal or EpicCare Ambulatory is preferred • Lab operations background is required • Experience working in a medical laboratory as a medical technologist or scientist is highly desired • Experience working in an LIS system is highly desired • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Strong organizational and project management skills • Process- and detail-oriented, with a focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive an approved medical or religious exemption before the hire date
