📋 Description

• Work closely with manufacturing operations, engineering, finance, and Information Technology to determine requirements • Lead evaluations and reporting across functions • Support strategic initiatives, including business case analysis for new projects, project status reports, and post-project audits • Consolidate various data sources to support business analytics • Lead and conduct internal and external data analysis and provide recommendations • Gather and analyze business requirements with site leaders, finance, engineering, operations, internal stakeholders, and partners • Support data compilation to inform business decisions and ensure business operating effectiveness • Support collection, maintenance, and presentation of key performance indicators (KPIs) • Provide detailed project cost/benefit analysis • Develop and deliver presentations to internal business teams and management

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in Business or Finance, or 2 to 7 years of relevant experience • 3-6 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or financial environment • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Analytical skills supporting and enhancing supply chain strategy and goals • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Ability to build strategic relationships across functions and locations, including with senior leadership • Experience developing presentations and presenting to management and internal groups desired • Understanding of manufacturing operations and continuous improvement and project management methodologies desired • Ability and availability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
