• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians • Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments • Review client progress and make data based treatment decisions • Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate • Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field • Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision making skills • Comfortable working in home and community settings • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Experience supervising RBTs preferred • New BCBAs are welcome to apply.
