Advanta Autism Care is a clinician-led provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy serving children and young adults across the Colorado Front Range. Their team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivers individualized, BCBA-supervised programs focused on communication, social, daily-living, and behavior skills for ages roughly 2–21, with parent training and caregiver consultation. Advanta accepts most major commercial insurance and Medicaid and emphasizes family-centered, evidence-based care and early intervention delivered in homes, schools, and community settings.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians • Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments • Review client progress and make data based treatment decisions • Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate • Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication

🎯 Requirements

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field • Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision making skills • Comfortable working in home and community settings • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Experience supervising RBTs preferred • New BCBAs are welcome to apply.
