📋 Description

• Manage $5M–$8M in annual net service revenue • Monitor and control design execution by internal and subconsultant project teams • Develop work plans with discipline leads • Manage task orders or single project agreements across concurrent data center design projects • Deliver targeted revenues and planned profit margins • Monitor scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, safety, and risk • Use earned value management to assess progress against the baseline • Identify and resolve project- and program-level delivery constraints • Ensure consistent execution across projects and clients • Support Design Managers and Strategy Site Managers • Lead client meetings, presentations, and page-turn reviews • Lead internal and external change management • Manage client expectations and overall client experience • Exchange sensitive information and build consensus across teams and departments • Travel occasionally for client meetings, site visits, milestones, and onsite collaboration • Own prime contract, subcontract, and/or AECOM global inter-company agreement management

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Minimum 5+ years managing complex programs or major projects • Current U.S. citizenship for potential future government security clearance • Strong understanding of Architecture/Engineering/Civil (A/E/C) project delivery process • Strong communication and leadership skills • Strong business and financial acumen • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities • Direct experience supporting financial reporting • 8+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry • Experience working with hyperscale clients • Experience working with federal clients • Experience managing multiple stakeholders • PMP certification preferred • Ability to obtain AECOM Project Manager certification within 1 year of start date • Relocation is not available • Sponsorship is not available
