📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives across the Business Systems transformation portfolio • Own the overall SAP S/4HANA program plan, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource management • Lead integrated planning across process, technology, change management, data, and testing workstreams • Manage SAP implementation partners, internal teams, and functional leaders to ensure execution follows standards and governance • Coordinate business process alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and other domains • Drive issue resolution, risk identification, mitigation strategies, and leadership escalations • Ensure business readiness by collaborating with OCM, training, and readiness teams • Lead and coordinate workshops with key resources • Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing, and cutover validation • Lead cutover planning and execution for transition into SAP S/4HANA • Track and report program progress, KPIs, and deliverables to leadership • Ensure alignment with related digital programs such as IBP, MES, PLM, QMS, CRM, and PPM • Travel for business as needed • Collaborate with Business Systems leadership, SAP partners, program and project managers, site and functional leaders, BPOs, OCM, training and readiness teams, testing teams, enterprise architecture, data teams, SAP COE, and change champions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA • Strong program management skills including planning, governance, scheduling, and coordination • Experience managing SAP Activate methodology and full S/4HANA lifecycle • Understanding of SAP functional domains such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, PM, and IBP • Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence capabilities • Experience working in matrixed and complex manufacturing environments • Experience leading and developing teams in a transformation environment • PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification preferred • Experience working in Aerospace and Defense preferred • Position may require eligibility to access export-controlled information and additional security screening
