📋 Description

• Provide project coordination support • Perform analytical tasks with continuous improvement of processes, personnel, organization, systems, or training • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes • Collaborate with the team to develop project deliverables • Track, monitor, and maintain project action items, decisions, risks, and issues in project logs • Maintain awareness of project status • Support engagement-wide communications • Participate proactively in team and client-related meetings • Manage the project SharePoint site • Perform assigned administrative tasks efficiently and effectively • Uphold firm quality standards • Establish and achieve development and performance goals • Collaborate with team members to maintain existing clients and attain new business • Participate in firm-wide initiatives • Work toward obtaining appropriate professional certifications

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS/MS Degree in Political Science, Public Health, Economics, Management Information Systems, Health Care Management, or Business • Experience in a professional work setting • Understanding of general Medicaid, HHS, and IT concepts • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills • Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strong time management skills for balancing multiple assignments and achieving quality results in a timely manner • Proactive, positive, and eager attitude • Experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with additional flexibility as client needs arise
