📋 Description

• Support the Project Director in planning and executing contracts for the design and construction of new nuclear power plants • Manage project quality, cost, and schedule execution processes • Provide project administration and configuration management of project documentation • Manage project-related activities and resources for on-time delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction • Assist with organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP • Participate in and coordinate customer, internal, and supplier project kickoff meetings • Develop and maintain project roster and monitor completion of project training activities • Support development and issuance of the Project Management Plan, related project plans, and procedures • Promote implementation of project plans and procedures across the project team • Support development and deployment of project infrastructure and tools • Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. government requirements • Coordinate project activities and monitor and control progress on deliverables • Ensure project deliverables conform to contract and project requirements • Organize and archive project correspondence and records according to the Project Configuration Management Plan • Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and progress reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college • Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and international • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; authorization may be required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Desired: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other STEM discipline • Desired: Experience working on complex engineering projects • Desired: Fundamental-level financial or accounting knowledge • Desired: Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) • Desired: Knowledge of the power industry, customer, and competitive environment • Desired: Demonstrated ability supporting project budget, schedule, and quality objectives • Desired: Financial control knowledge and understanding • Desired: Professional interpersonal and leadership skills • Desired: Ability to take initiative and work independently • Desired: Extreme attention to detail, follow up, and organization • Desired: Ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities • Desired: Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Desired: Strong process orientation • Desired: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
