📋 Description

• Support the setup, adoption, optimization and governance of communications planning tools, content management systems and related processes, including documentation, training, user support and best practices • Manage communication project plans, timelines, priorities, dependencies, milestones and deliverables • Track risks, approvals and follow-up actions and help remove barriers to execution • Coordinate communication initiatives across Employee Communications team members, subject matter experts, designers, vendors, channel owners and business partners • Support planning and execution of enterprise-wide and function-specific communications, including change initiatives, tool rollouts, policy updates, programs and process improvements • Develop and maintain communication materials, templates, intake processes, editorial standards, metadata frameworks and governance documentation • Gather and analyze communication metrics, employee feedback and channel performance data • Provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness, workflows and communication outcomes • Champion a consistent employee experience across regions and functions through structure, coordination and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years of work experience • 1+ years of project or program coordination experience, preferably in a communications, marketing or corporate environment • 2+ years experience in internal communications, corporate communications, project or program coordination or a related field preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools • Experience using and, preferably, leading the rollout and adoption of work management platforms, enterprise planning tools, content management systems, content calendars, or campaign planning tools • Experience gathering basic metrics and feedback, compiling reporting and sharing insights to improve communication planning and delivery • Experience creating, training and maintaining resource documents and playbooks
