📋 Description

• Manage deployment and execution projects supporting GE Vernova's small modular reactors (SMR) • Support the Project Director in planning and executing contracts for SMR design and construction projects around the world • Deliver projects on time while managing profit and loss accountability and customer satisfaction • Maintain the Project Risk Register to communicate and mitigate project risks • Participate in and support customer, internal, and supplier project kickoff meetings • Assist with organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP • Develop and maintain a project roster and monitor completion of project-related training • Develop and issue the Project Work Plan, related project plans, and project procedures • Facilitate implementation of project plans and procedures across the project team • Administer and configure project documentation • Ensure compliance with U.S. export control and other applicable requirements • Support development and deployment of project infrastructure and tools • Coordinate project activities and monitor progress on deliverables • Organize and archive project correspondence and records • Ensure project deliverables conform to contract and project requirements • Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and progress reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management • Minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% • Highly qualified U.S. remote eligible candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government, if applicable • Desired: Master's Degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration • Desired: PMP Certification • Desired: Nuclear power industry experience in operations or engineering • Desired: Familiarity with nuclear construction practices and Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) design • Desired: Experience with commercial negotiations • Desired: Experience working in a matrixed environment • Well-developed planning and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to anticipate and solve complex problems • Ability to influence stakeholders and build trust • Ability to distill complex information and focus on critical priorities • Ability to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on available information
