📋 Description

• Manage deployment and execution projects supporting GE Vernova's small modular reactors (SMR) • Support the Project Director in planning and executing contracts for SMR design and construction projects around the world • Ensure on-time project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction • Maintain the Project Risk Register and communicate and mitigate project risks • Participate in and support customer, internal, and supplier project kickoff meetings • Assist with organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP • Develop and maintain project rosters and monitor completion of project-related training • Develop and issue the Project Work Plan, related project plans, and project procedures • Facilitate implementation of project plans and procedures across the project team • Administer and configure project documentation • Ensure compliance with U.S. export control and other applicable requirements • Support development and deployment of project infrastructure and tools • Coordinate project activities and monitor and control progress on deliverables • Organize and archive project correspondence and records according to the Project Configuration Management Plan • Ensure project deliverables conform to contract and project requirements • Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action-item lists, and progress reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management • Minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% • U.S. remote eligibility for highly qualified candidates • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Master's Degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration (desired) • PMP Certification (desired) • Nuclear power industry experience in operations or engineering (desired) • Familiarity with nuclear construction practices and Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) design (desired) • Experience with commercial negotiations (desired) • Experience working in a matrixed environment (desired) • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve complex problems (desired) • Ability to influence stakeholders and build trust with customers, managers, and team members (desired) • Ability to distill complex information and focus on critical priorities (desired) • Ability to make decisions with speed and accuracy based on available information (desired) • Well-developed planning and organizational skills (desired) • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects (desired)
