📋 Description

• Own US customer operations connecting commercial momentum to customer outcomes • Manage camera ordering and inventory from manufacturing partners • Coordinate hardware delivery with the sales pipeline and new customer deployments • Stand up and run the US camera servicing function, including repairs, replacements, and loaner units • Own commercial contract execution from terms through signature • Partner with sales on commercial terms, draft and redline customer contracts, and manage outside counsel when warranted • Design contract structures for health systems, provider groups, and independent practices • Secure data rights supporting the AI roadmap • Build reusable contract templates, workflow tooling, signing-authority routing, and playbooks • Manage legacy contract obligations and support compliance with customer agreements • Draft internal policies and SOPs • Build AI-powered automation to reduce manual workflow effort and scale operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in business or operations roles • Hands-on ownership of hardware logistics or commercial contract management; both is a plus • Startup experience strongly preferred, ideally in a Series A or B environment • Management consulting or investment banking experience is a plus • Experience in a regulated industry is a strong plus; medical device, IVD, or health tech with a hardware component is ideal • Systems thinking and process improvement orientation • Hands-on experience with AI tooling, including building or automating real workflows • Exceptional written communication and attention to detail • Strong ownership, proactive communication, and comfort operating with limited structure
