📋 Description

• Lead business development efforts in the industrial wastewater market • Promote and sell aeration systems (grids, blowers, controls) and STS packaged treatment plants to end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the industrial wastewater sector • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with engineering consultants and system designers, industrial end-users, and distribution partners • Conduct site visits, assess system requirements, and generate technical proposals • Deliver presentations and technical discussions with consultants, operators, and decision-makers • Manage and grow a sales pipeline using Salesforce, meeting revenue and activity targets • Coordinate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to delivery • Work with existing installations to gather operating data and provide technical assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of technical sales experience in water/wastewater, process equipment, or related industrial systems • Demonstrated success in solution-based selling and territory development • Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, aeration systems, or blower technologies • Experience managing rep networks and/or direct sales in a multi-state territory • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%) • Strong teamwork skills
