📋 Description

• Support real estate aspects of renewable energy project development, construction, and financing • Coordinate surveys, review site plans, analyze buildable areas, conduct site visits, and collaborate with investors and title companies on title insurance policies • Manage and maintain land-related data in AES's land database and support GIS integration • Route, approve, and pay vendor invoices through SAP Fiori • Route, approve, record, and track site control agreements and title-related curative documents • Review title reports and develop title curative strategies and action plans • Review ALTA surveys for accuracy and completeness • Support title curative efforts, including mineral ownership research, utility crossing consents, and mortgage subordinations • Collaborate with title companies, brokers, surveyors, government agencies, landowners, attorneys, and AES team members to mitigate risk and support project financing outcomes • Report to a Real Estate Senior Manager • Work cross-functionally with Origination, Project Development, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Construction teams

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of real estate principles, processes, and industry practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience in real estate development, renewable energy, infrastructure, land administration, or a related field is preferred • Familiarity with SAP, GIS, and Google Earth is beneficial • Interest in renewable energy and passion for supporting sustainable infrastructure projects • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build effective working relationships across varied stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Creative, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to work in the United States, including the specified flexible locations of Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah, as applicable to the posting
