• Reach out to all leads (new opportunities/contacts) via WhatsApp, direct messages, and phone calls; • Conduct daily follow-ups; • Schedule appointments; • Daily CRM maintenance for the clinic (contact registration, logging follow-ups, etc.); • Complete the weekly metrics spreadsheet;

• Excellent written and verbal communication • Previous experience as a secretary, salesperson, or SDR • Experience with CRMs • Basic knowledge of the healthcare and aesthetics sector • Proactive — does not remain passive in situations that can be improved; takes initiative • Resilient to objections • Sense of ownership • Comfortable working in a team • Driven by challenges and targets
