📋 Description

• Strategy: Develop creative angles and marketing strategy for each project and prioritize test roadmaps • Lead the team: Brief our copy, design, video and tech teams, provide feedback and approve deliverables • Copywriting: When needed, write copy yourself — primarily in German and English, using AI as a force multiplier • Testing system: Analyze winning ads and funnels, document learnings and continuously improve the creative testing process • Founders sparring: Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders by preparing and supporting strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven direct-response success (funnels, advertorials, VSLs, ads) with measurable results • Full-funnel marketing understanding: from ads to landing pages to email • Strong writing skills in German and English • AI-first: use AI daily for research, variants and drafts
