📋 Description

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from stranded motorists and gather location and vehicle details • Dispatch roadside assistance quickly and accurately in real time • Coordinate with external tow and roadside service providers • Use active listening and empathy to de-escalate frustrated or anxious customers • Provide clear guidance and reassurance during roadside emergencies • Navigate multiple web-based systems, dispatch tools, databases, CRMs, Google Maps, and other digital resources simultaneously • Track service progress and maintain accurate notes • Collaborate with peers and managers in a virtual team using Zoom and Google Chat • Complete mandatory classroom training and participate in ongoing cross-training

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently physically reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Virginia • 1+ years of continuous customer service experience • Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment is ideally preferred; transferable experience from retail, fast-food, hospitality, administrative, or warehouse/production environments is valued • Must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background screening covering 10 years for misdemeanors and a lifetime check for felonies • Must have a dedicated, quiet home office free from family, pet, or background noise • Must provide own work equipment • Must have a personal desktop or laptop manufactured in 2021 or later; Chromebooks, Macs, and tablets are not allowed • Must use a current supported version of Windows 11, specifically version 24H2, 25H2, or newer • Intel or AMD processor with at least 2 cores and minimum 3.5 GHz boosted/turbo speed • Minimum 8 GB RAM and at least 20 GB free hard drive space • Working webcam and high-quality USB-wired headset • Google Chrome version 23+ or Mozilla Firefox version 3+ • Secure hard-wired high-speed internet connection via Ethernet; Wi-Fi is not allowed while working • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; maximum latency up to 80–100 ms • Active cell phone capable of receiving SMS and downloading security apps for mandatory two-step authentication • Must not use work-issued PCs, incompatible devices, mobile hotspots, Wi-Fi, satellite internet, USB tethering, active VPNs, privacy/proxy services, or hosted/virtual PC platforms • Must type at least 30 WPM accurately • Must be comfortable using online databases, CRMs, complex dispatch software, AI tools, Google Maps, and Google Workspace • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship • Must have weekend availability/flexibility • Must maintain 100% attendance during mandatory training
