📋 Description

• Lead efforts to establish new processes, methodologies, and standard operating procedure documentation • Provide guidance to lower-level staff • Analyze, refine, and document program requirements, including mission scope, objectives, resource availability, intelligence, operational needs, and stakeholder leadership needs • Collect, analyze, and provide assessments and recommendations for developing frameworks and strategies to optimize workflow processes and production • Develop, coordinate, and monitor safety requirements for site surveys, warehouse operations, installation, testing, and restoration activities • Ensure personnel follow applicable safety plans, training requirements, hazard controls, and reporting procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, and 6–8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience with certifications applicable to the functional role • Must have Secret clearance to start • Certifications applicable to the functional role, such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction, Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST), or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) • Ability to develop, coordinate, and monitor safety requirements for site surveys, warehouse operations, installation, testing, and restoration activities • Ability to ensure personnel follow applicable safety plans, training requirements, hazard controls, and reporting procedures
