📋 Description

• Design and implement a full-cycle software quality assurance program for organizational and client/customer software products and services • Ensure testing and documentation methods meet industry standards and specific customer needs • Test highly complex software programs and user interface tools • Re-program software to correct complex problems or enhance software effectiveness, or refer issues to the software development team • Identify discrepancies between software performance and technical documentation • Recommend methods to improve software product/service quality and functionality • Establish and implement software quality testing and measurement methods adhering to organizational and client/customer standards and guidelines • Design and lead client/customer user testing during the pre-production phase • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, libraries, permissions, and collaboration tools supporting program execution and document management • Improve information access, version control, routing, and team collaboration through tailored SharePoint solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience with certifications applicable to the functional role • Secret clearance, must have clearance to start • Certifications applicable to the functional role, such as Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert • 6–8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; each year of work experience may substitute for each year of education required • Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint sites, workflows, libraries, permissions, and collaboration tools • Knowledge of information access, version control, routing, and team collaboration through tailored SharePoint solutions
